Build inner resources and cultivate an equity of wellness with Indigenous and traditional wisdoms and practices. Offerings include: 

  • The Five Elements Embodied Acupressure with Jiling Lin - Connect with yourself and your community through an embodied exploration of the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine. Learn relaxing acupressure points, meditative movements, and playful embodiment practices for nourishing resilience.
